Before We Arrive
It’s very important to prepare your property so it is photo-ready when we arrive. Top priority is to de-clutter so the room so it is the star of the show, making sure its not hidden by all the bits and bobs of everyday life. For a perfect presentation, we recommend:
- De clutter! (Taking special care to put away toiletries/ cleaning products in kitchens and bathrooms)
- Tidy and clean property thoroughly, even polish taps and mirrors!
- Make beds and ideally dress with pillows and throws
- Buy some fresh flowers
- Open curtains and blinds, especially net curtains
- Turn on every light and lamp including concealed lighting throughout the property
- Mow the lawn and weed and tidy flower beds
- Remove exterior distractions (bins, cars and other distractions from the driveway)
